This webinar, hosted by Aquarium Divers For Coral Society (ADFC), is a call to action to the scuba diving community: Please include volunteer coral restoration work in your dive trips. We need your help to “Turn the Tide with Volunteers!” The foundations and scientists are working very hard to prevent coral decline, but they need help scaling efforts and stabilizing the reef.
During this webinar, you will hear updates from Michael Goldberg, Dr. Kylie Smith, Co-Founders of Islamorada Conservation and Restoration Education (I.CARE) and Dee Dee Vaughan Smause, Co-Founder of Plant a Million Corals Foundation (PAMCF). ADFC Divers will be helping I.CARE and PAMCF with their efforts in the Florida Keys, July 13-20, 2025. ADFC Divers will help in the coral nurseries with cleaning, maintenance tasks, monitoring, outplantings, and, if the timing is right, spawning activities as well. Click Here for Details.
This Webinar is a great opportunity to learn more about the coral restoration work happening right now in the Florida Keys. If you join us on this trip, you will get hands-on experience helping to save corals from extinction.
There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the presentation. To register for this webinar, please fill out the form below, and you will receive a link prior to the webinar.
